Python using dam- Fauna and fauna surveyTony has had over fourteen (14) years of experience in the environmental resource management and assessment industry, specialising in ecology, protected area management, ecosystem management and restoration, and contaminated land assessment.  

In recent years Tony has completed numerous assessments and Review of Environmental Factors (REFs) addressing potential impacts associated with the change of landuse, and the upgrade or repair of infrastructure such as roads and powerlines.  

Acid Sulfate Soils Assessment management
Tony has undertaken numerous contaminated land assessments on sites used for domestic, rural and commercial landuse.  Assessments are undertaken in accordance with NSW state planning legislation, in particular SEPP 55, and generally comprise the five phase process described in Managing Land Contamination Planning Guidelines.  

Assessments have included validation works associated with the removal or decommissioning of Underground Storage Tanks (UTS), the classification of potentially hazardous waste material, and assessment of the extent of land contamination associated with cattle dip sites. 

Previous and current clients include Roads and Maritime Services (previously Roads and Traffic Authority), Essential Energy, Richmond Valley Council, Tenterfield Shire Council, Lismore City Council, Southern Cross University, Lismore and South Ballina Sand Quarry.

Flora and Fauna survey and assessment - NSW Northern RiversPaola has had over twenty (20) years of experience in the environmental resource management and assessment industry, specialising in Environmental Planning (environmental legislation), Environmental Impact Assessment and Management, Bushfire Risk Assessment and Bushfire Prone Areas Design, compilations of REFs, landuse/property management planning, ecosystem management and restoration, bush regeneration and vegetation assessment.  

Construction Environment Management, Environmental Compliance & Environmental MonitoringPaola has extensive experience in overall project management and coordination of the various components of project implementation, client liaison and consultation with State and Local government agencies, and conducting peer reviews and preparing tenders.  

Paola has worked as a Project Manager (PM) at ASPECT north, LandPartners Limited and EAL Consulting Services managing large and complex multi-disciplinary projects.  Her work experience in the region, organisation and team management skills ensure that the projects she manages are delivered to fulfill client expectations.
