Planning and Project Management Services
Environmental planning (legislation) & project management are core services offered by LFA.
LFA has extensive experience in the compilation of bushfire risk assessments for infill development, rural & residential subdivisions or Special Fire Protection Purposes (SFPP) developments
LFA can also provide BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) Risk Assessment Certificates, Bushfire Conformance Certificate and Bushfire Compliance Certificates.
Core services provided by LFA include Environmental Impact Assessment and ecosystem management and restoration.
Detailed flora and fauna surveys, identification of threatened species and Endangered Ecological Communities. Assessment of findings according to relevant planning controls and environmental legislation.
LFA staff have extensive experience in the compilation of Biodiversity & Ecological Restoration Management Plans as well as undertaking on-going ecological monitoring and evaluation reporting.
